Excellent product, highly recommend. Ordered this because my wife has "drafted" my corded , two year old Dremel. I love the portability and see no weaknesses that effect my use.
I've had it since christmas 08 and it works as good as they day I got it. I can run over an hour without a loss of power. Love the cutting wheels. This best of both worlds, Cordless and it's a dremel. I use this around the house all the time.
Well it did that and have found many more uses for it to boot. I cleaned out the dirty grout from my floor so I could re grout and it worked great.
The lithium battery lasts for over an hour of study use. Tool with a thousand usses.
I have many tools in my collection, but this gets used the most. I use it to file down my toe nails,lol.
Love it and will never be without one again. I never thought I would need this but when I needed to cut some small brackets, and needed something to do it I figured I would give this a try.
I had a screw that was stripped and cut a new groove in the top and out came the screw.
The battery lasts longer than it even states in the manual. I like the solid construction of this tool and it's charger. Thanks Amazon for selling such a wonderfully made product from Dremel. I can't wait to get more accessories for it this weekend. Although it fits like a glove in my hand I have to wonder how a person with smaller hands would fare with it. It does feel well balanced and this is a must with certain projects I do.
It seems a little cheaply made, but I would buy another because it is so useful for the general handyman. I'm glad that it payed for itself so soon because the speed control broke after very little usage. This is a great cordless tool. It has payed for itself quickly on the various jobs where I used it.
